RAPAPORT… The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) assigned the trademark “World’s Brightest Diamond,”  registration number 4094862, to Embee Diamond Technologies Inc. of Canada.  
The trademark application was filed on October 6, 2011 and was registered on January 31, 2012.  The application described that the World’s Brightest Diamond trademark refers to diamonds.
